Refunds/Returns

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES UNLESS THE MISTAKE IS ON BEHALF OF 2 BROKE GIRLS & CO.


Each piece of 2 Broke Girls is handmade & hand distressed. With that being said, each piece will be one of a kind & no two pairs will be the exact same. Each piece should be considered upcycle - unless stated otherwise. 
No refunds/exchanges will be made due to the LOOK of the distressing. Any FLAWS in the denim themselves (buttons, zippers, etc) need to be reported within 72 hours of receiving product.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If we have not received your return 7 days after the process has started, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this in return package. Please use proper return packaging. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping to return with a flat rate of $6.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days of arrival of return.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You have 72 hours after arrival to notify us of defective or damaged goods. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email & we will give you additional information to process the exchange.
